摘要
在对TOX板件冲压连接技术原理进行分析的基础上,进行了实例试验,合格率为100%。另外,从板件连接质量、成本方面与传统点焊工艺方法进行对比分析。结果显示,板件冲压连接技术通过连接点处材料的冷作硬化,微观组织更加细密,在质量、强度方面都得到了进一步提升,且使用成本更低,检测手段更易,并有效解决了点焊方法中出现的熔核直径不足、剩余板厚不足等问题,保障了白车身整体质量。同时,TOX板材冲压连接技术作为一种完善的连接方法,提出了全新的车身制造工艺设计思路,为整车产品革新指明了方向。
Based on the analysis of TOX stamping connection principle, real stamping were carried out, and the good stamping connection percentage was 100%. Compared with traditional spot welding process in connection quality and cost, the results showed that, the stamping connection has smaller microcosmic structure by cold-work hardening in the connection point, promote the connection quality and strength. What's more, the stamping connection has a lower cost, more simple detect method, and solves spot welding problems (such as fusion diameter insufficient, residual thickness insufficient, and so on, in effect, safeguards the overall body quality. At the same time, TOX sheet stamping connection technology as a perfect conncction method show a new design idea of car body production process, and points out the direction of vehicle product innovation.
