摘要
深孔加工在工件内壁与BTA深孔钻具形成内部封闭、流道狭窄的空间,排屑问题成为高效深孔加工的难点之一。深孔加工排屑问题关键在于研究BTA深孔钻具内流道的流体的压力损失情况。利用Fluent软件对BTA深孔钻复杂的内部流场进行了数值模拟仿真,得出了BTA深孔钻在压力损失、局部阻力、大漩涡与中小漩涡分布等的综合分布规律。创新性的提出了BTA深孔钻的局部阻力系数ξ值,为优化BTA深孔钻排屑结构、解决深孔钻有限空间内高效排屑问题难提供新方法。
Deep hole machining on the inner wall of the workpiece with BTA deep hole drilling tools is closed in the inside, the flow channel is narrow in space, and chip removal problem becomes one of the difficulties in high efficiency deep hole processing.The deep hole processing chip removal problem within the BTA deep hole drilling tool is the key to research the pressure loss of flow of fluid' By using Fluent software to BTA deep hole drilling and complex internal flow field numerical simulation, the BTA deep hole drill is obtained in the pressure loss and local resistance, and the distributions of the maelstrom and small vortex comprehensive distribution rule is nsed.Innovatively puts forward the local resistance coefficient of BTA deep hole drilling factor value, in order to optimize the BTA deep hole drill chip structure, solves the deep hole drilling and the limited space efficient clearance problems are hard to provide new methods.
