摘要
工业平缝机作为典型的机电一体化设备,是由针杆机构、挑线机构、勾线机构和送布机构组成。其中,针杆机构作为四大成缝机构之一,它的主要任务是驱动机针刺穿缝料,并在缝料下方形成面线环,为勾线动作作准备。针对工业平缝机针杆机构,采用SOLIDWORKS建立实体模型,然后导入动力学分析软件ADAMS中,建立含铰链间隙的平缝机针杆机构动力学模型。分别对理想连接铰链和含间隙铰链两种情况的平缝机针杆机构进行动力学仿真模拟。得出不同情况下,关键构件的速度、加速度、铰关节作用力的变化规律,表明铰链间隙能在较大程度上影响工业平缝机针杆机构工作性能。
Aiming at industrial sewing machine needle bar mechanism, it uses SOLIDWORKS to create a physical model, and then imports dynamics analysis software ADAMS, thus, creates a dynamic model of sewing machine needle bar mechanism with joint clearance. Dynamics simulation of sewing machine needle bar mechanism is carded out in the condition of ideal joint and joint with clearance. It can obtain the rules of the key components'speed, acceleration and force variation of joint under different conditions, which indicates that the joint clearance has a great effect on the industrial sewing machine needle bar mechanism pe'Cormance.
