摘要 在对国内外精密直线导轨的矫直加工技术进行充分调查后,为了提高直线导轨的矫直加工精度,设计出一套精密直线导轨矫直系统,并给出了矫直机的部分结构简图。从矫直原理入手,对LG系列精密直线导轨进行一次粗矫直加工。用三坐标测量仪对矫直后的导轨进行直线度的误差测量,得到一系列测量精度非常高的测点数据。运用两端点连线法的数值分析方法处理实验数据,结合matlab软件编程,能简单高效地得到导轨直线度的误差数值,结果表明直线导轨的加工精度得到很大的提高。 After the suffwient research of straightening processing technology of precise linear straightness guide at home and abroad, in order to improve the processing precision of linear guide, a set of straightening system of precise linear guide was designed and manufactured. Brief structure diagram had been given. Based on the basic principle of straightening, LG series of precise linear guide was straightened. A series of precise measuring point data had been achieved, after the straightened linear guide was measured in CMM measurement device. By using the method of two end points and matlab software programming to deal with measured data points, the error value of linear guide straightness had been calculated easily and efficiently. The results show that the processing precision of linear guide was improved.
