摘要
细长轴刚性较差,在加工过程中因机床及刀具等多种因素影响,工件易产生弯曲变形,特别是磨削加工的细长轴,由于零件的尺寸公差、表面粗糙度要求较高,又因磨削前工件一般已经进行过淬火或调质等热处理,磨削时的切削力和切削热更容易引起工件变形,从而影响尺寸精度、形位精度和表面粗糙度。从消除工件残余应力、如何选择砂轮和修整砂轮、合理选择磨削用量、适当选用辅助支撑减振棒和中心架跟刀架、正确运用切削液和减少顶尖压力等措施,很好地解决了细长轴加工的问题,成为加工细长轴的关键技术。
The rigid of slender shaft is poor, in the process of machining , for machine tools and cutting tools such as many factors, the workpiece is prone to bending deformation, especially grinding the long and thin axis workpiece , because of high demand about parts size tolerance and s ugCace roughness, and grinding workpiece has been commonly quenched or tempered heat treatment before grinding, when the workpiece is grinded, the grinding heat is more likely to lead to deformation of workpiece, so it influences precision and surface roughness.lt tells us many methods that can well solved the problem of slender shafi processing. How to eliminate the residual stress of workpiece , how to choose the grinding wheel and the repairing grinding wheel, how to choose the reasonable grinding dosage, how to choose support damping rod and how to adopt appropriate center with tool post, how to adopt the cuttingfluid and reduce the top pressure, and these methods are the key technology of machining a slender shaft.
