超短半径水平井开窗钻头结构设计与数值模拟

摘要 超短半径径向水平井钻井技术是一项挖潜老区剩余油气、扩大油气井泄流面积的一种油气田增产及改造技术,可为低渗、稠油、老油田和边际油田提供一种经济高效的开采途径。目前该技术及核心工具处于国外垄断地位,国内针对井下工具仍处于研发阶段,未见成熟的配套工具在现场应用。文章自主设计了超短半径径向水平井井下套管开窗钻头,基于LS-DYNA显示动力学软件针对开窗钻头强度开展了数值模拟,形成了两种类型的开窗钻头,为今后自主装备配套奠定理论基础。 The ultra- short radius horizontal well drilling technology is an effective and economical approach for exploiting low permeability reservoir,viscous oil reservoir,old or marginal oilfield,it can increase oil /gas production and enlarge drainage area. Currently,the core tools of the technology are monopolized by foreign countries,the downhole tools suited for ultra- short radius horizontal well drilling technology are still at the stage of development in China. In the paper,two kinds of windowing bits( two blades and three blades bit) for ultra-short horizontal well drilling were designed,and the strength of the bit was stimulated by numerical modeling with LS- DYNA dynamic software. As a result,the research provided theoretical basis for developing independent matching tool in the future.
