解除牙哈低渗气藏水锁伤害室内研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对低渗气藏的储层特点,分析水锁伤害的机理,开展水锁伤害解除的室内研究。室内实验结果表明,筛选的表面活性剂复配体系,降低气/液表面张力能力强。玉东区块水锁伤害后注入0.6~0.8 PV解锁剂,岩心渗透率恢复率达到70%以上;羊塔区块水锁伤害后解锁剂的注入量在0.4~0.6 PV时,岩心渗透率恢复率在90%以上,两种配方均可以有效的解除牙哈低渗气藏的水锁伤害,而油田提供的JLK解锁剂效果不及氟碳与双子磺酸盐复配的两个解锁体系。 According to the characteristics of low permeability gas reservoir and water locking damage mechanism,the laboratory tests on water locking removal were carried out. The experiment results showed that,the chosen surfactant formula( water locking remover) had a strong ability to reduce gas /liquid surface tension. For Yudong field,permeability recovery rate of the damaged core could reach more than 70% by injecting 0. 6~ 0. 8PV surfactant; For Yangta field,permeability recovery rate of the damaged core could reach more than 90% by injecting 0. 4 ~ 0. 6PV surfactant. All the two chosen surfactant formula could remove effectively water locking damage of low permeability gas field in Yaha area,but the JLK water locking remover provided by oil field has a poor experiment effect and it wasn't used for the Yudong and Yangta field.
