摘要
对镀金企业排放废水回收贵金属的工艺方案与运行现状进行了分析,总结了因方案设计缺陷和技术支持不够等原因导致的一些现实问题。围绕控制金的流失与提高回收处理系统的经济效益这两项原则对电镀废水回收金的工艺方案进行了重新设计,并对交换树脂的选择,吸附罐规格和工艺流程的确定,以及技术规范的编制等关键问题进行了讨论,提出了将控制比(I号检测口金浓度与源水金浓度的比值)达到0.85作为更换交换树脂的主要技术指标。目前,该工艺已在某电镀企业稳定运行了一年多,取得了较好的经济效益。
The process project and running status of noble metal reclamation from wastewater discharged by gold plating plants were analyzed. Some actual problems caused by defective design and insufficient technical support were summarized. A new process project for reclaiming gold from electroplating wastewater was designed according to two principles (i.e. controlling gold loss and improving economic benefit of the reclaiming treatment system). Some key issues including the selection of exchange resin, the determination of adsorption tank size and process flow, as well as the development of technological norm were discussed. It was presented that the control rate (namely the ratio of gold concentration in No. 1 detection spot to that in original water) up to 0.85 is adopted as a main technological index for replacing exchange resins. Currently, the process has stably run for more than one year in a electroplating plant, showing good economic benefit.
