床旁超声心动图评价心功能不全患者呼吸机撤机失败的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Cardiac Function in Patients with Incomplete Map in the Evaluation of Ventilator Weaning Failure Bedside Ultrasound Beckoning

目的:分析采用床旁超声心动图评价心功能不全患者呼吸机撤离失败的原因。方法:回顾性分析2012年12月至2013年5月于我院治疗的80例心功能不全使用呼吸机患者进行床旁超声心动图。依据患者呼吸机撤机效果分为呼吸机撤机成功组和撤机失败两组,采用超声心动图评价两组患者的差异。结果:经观察发现,呼吸机撤机成功组的患者,各阶段收缩程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图计分使病情的诊断更加准确,更有利于评价心功能不全患者呼吸机撤机的临床分析,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Objective：Analysis of the causes of bedside ultrasound Heartbeat mechanocardiography evaluation insufficiency patients weaning failure. Methods： Review of 80 patients with cardiac functional analysis of 2012 December to 2013 May in our hospital is not all the ventilator patient＇s bedside ultrasound Heartbeat diagram. Based on the patients with ventilator weaning effect of ventilator weaning success group and weaning failure group two, ultrasonic Heartbeat difference map to evaluate two groups.Results：After observation, ventilator weaning success group of patients, shrinkage degree of each stage were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ultrasonic Beckoning figure score make the diagnosis more accurate, more conducive to clinical analysis evaluation of cardiac function insufficiency patients weaning from mechanical ventilation, worthy of further clinical study.
