摘要
针对不同类型的激光光斑,系统分析了靶斑仪尺寸对激光远场光束质量评估结果的影响,提出根据光束质量评估需求确定靶斑仪尺寸的思路。分析结果表明,如果靶斑仪尺寸大于真实光斑直径的1.8倍,则靶斑仪尺寸导致的光束质量偏差小于10%。
This paper describes the influences of the laser detector array's size on laser beam quality assessment for different laser beam profiles,and proposes a method for determing the laser detector array's size upon the laser beam quality assessment requirements.According to the proposition,if the laser detector array's diameter is large enough,for example,larger than 1.8 times of the laser beam diameter,the laser beam quality measurement deviation re-sulting from the size of the detector is less than 10%.
