摘要
运用文献资料法、比较法、实地调查法等研究方法,审视并总结当前我国商业健身俱乐部市场的发展现状:(1)整体经营规模不断扩大,地区差异明显,分布不均;(2)多元的经营项目;(3)相关政策法规落后,市场管理不规范,管理机制不健全,缺乏资金支持;(4)体育人口偏少;(5)健身俱乐部目标人群局限;(6)专业教练供不应求,缺乏高素质的管理人才,从业人员素质有待提高;(7)课程种类丰富但特色不明显,健身俱乐部同质性较高;(8)行业内部恶性竞争,打响价格战,盲目扩张,亏损严重。并借鉴世界发达国家的经验,为新形势下我国商业健身俱乐部更好的发展寻找对策。
This article uses the methods such as documentation, comparison and field research to review and summarize the present situation of development of the commercial fitness club market in China:(1) Business scale expands unceasingly as a whole, but with great and obvious difference and uneven distribution in various regions;(2) Business projects are diverse;(3) Relevant policies and regulations are not in accordance with the development, and market management is not standard, management mechanism is not sound, lacking financial support;(4) Sports population is less; (5) Target population of fitness club is limited; (6) Demand of professional coaches exceeds supply, high qualified management talents lacking, and the quality of the ones engaged need to improve; (7) Courses are various but characteristic is not distinct, the homogeneity of fitness club is high;(8) Vicious competition and price war exist, the scale expanding blindly, heavy losses. Drawing lessons from the developed countries in the world to explore measures for the better development of China commercial fitness clubs under the new situation.
