血脂检验在心脑血管病诊治中的临床应用分析

Blood Test of Clinical Application in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Analysis

目的：分析和探讨血脂检验对于心脑血管病的诊断和临床治疗效果。方法选用了2012年5月-2013年12月接收的80例心脑血管患者作为研究对象，其中心血管疾病患者40例作为实验组1，脑梗死以及脑出血患者40例作为实验组2，同时还选取了相同时间段进行体检的正常人40例作为对照组，对三组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果两个实验组患者的血浆黏度和RBC聚集程度都明显高于对照组，而RBC变形性低于对照组，实验组患者的总胆固醇（ TC）、三酰甘油（ TG）、低密度脂蛋白（ LDL）明显高于对照组，他们之间的差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论血脂检验对于心脑血管疾病的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To analyze and explore the diagnosis of blood test for cardio cerebrovascular disease and clini -cal therapeutic effect.Methods In our hospital in 2012 May-2013 year in December received 80 cases of cardiovascu-lar patients as the research object , the patients with cardiovascular disease in 40 cases as experimental group 1, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage in 40 cases as experimental group 2, normal people can also select the same time pe-riod examined 40 cases as control group , were comparison of three groups of patients.Re sults Of the two patients in the experimental group the plasma viscosity and aggregation of RBC levels were significantly higher than that of control group, while the RBC deformation is lower than that in the control group , the total cholesterol of the experimental group were three （ TC） , triglyceride （ TG） , low density lipoprotein （ LDL） was significantly higher than the control group , the difference between them was significant （ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusions Blood test has important clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
