摘要
本文给出了钢铁工业能源递阶优化模型的基本形式,据此建立了我国十大钢铁联合企业的总体能源优化模型。模型体系包括主模型和子模型。通过模型求解,得出1985年能耗、利税优化生产方案。与实际生产方案相此,可节能1.5%或多获利税4.48%。通过对优化结果分析,也可以看出各钢铁企业的能耗水平和经济效益,从而能够确定各企业优先发展的顺序。
In this paper, the bosic form of energy optimal model in iron-steel industry is set up, which includes large model and many small models. According to the basic form, the energy optimal model about the ten large iron-steel united interprises in China is built up. After solving the model, the optimal production plans about energy and profits tax in 1985 are obtained. Comparing with 1985's real production plans, the energy consumption decreases by 1.5% or the profits tax increases by 4.48%.The every interprise energy consumption and economic benefit are known by analyzing the result optimized, and then, the order of rational development of every iron-steel interprise can be determined.
