摘要
采用化学成分满足ASTM B348-2010和GB/T 3620.1-2007要求的Ti-6Al-4V合金铸锭为原料,通过锻轧工序处理成丝坯,然后经过少道次大变形量控温热拉拔成φ2.6 mm丝材,最后采用在线退火的方式进行热处理.研究了O元素含量及退火冷却方式、加热温度和加热时间对Ti-6Al-4V合金丝材硬度稳定性的影响.结果表明,采用低氧含量Ti-6Al-4V合金(O含量≤0.12%)、高温快速加热(920℃×30 s及890℃×30 s)结合循环水急冷方式处理,丝材HV硬度值可稳定控制在280- 300之间.
The chemical composition of Ti-6Al-4V alloy complies with the requirements of ASTM B348-2010 and GB/T3620.1-2007 was adopted.Through the melting,forging and rolling,the diameter of 2.6 mm wire was drawn by a few pass hot deformation with temperature controlled,finally using online annealing as heat teatment method.The effects of oxygen content,online annealing methods,annealing temperature and annealing time to hardness stability were studied.The results show that the oxygen content less than or equal to 0.12% and combination with hightemperature rapid heating (920 ℃ × 30 s and 890 ℃ × 30 s)and water cooling can control the vickers hardness of Ti-6Al-4V wire between 280 and 300.
