Study on improving the civil service promotion mechanism of Guangxi local tax system

文章中研究主要分析广西区现代地税系统公务员晋升机制中普遍存在的不良现象及原因进而提出建议对策,认为要从根本上完善广西区地税系统公务员晋升机制,推进体制建设、完善监督举措、注重晋升机制的激励等方面入手,才能有效防止和纠正地税系统公务员晋升中的不正之风,构筑适应广西区新时期形势发展要求的健全的地税系统公务员晋升机制。

This study mainly analyzes the adverse generally phenomenon of promotion mechanism of modern tax system in our region and its causes and propose suggestions to improve the civil service promotion mechanism. As for this article, perfect the tax system in our region fundamentally, promoting the system construction perfecting incentive supervision measures, paying attention to promotion mechanism, can effectively prevent and correct unwholesome tendencies of civil servants promotion of local taxation system. To construct sound tax system civil servants promotion mechanism which is adapts to requirements of the development situation of our region in the new time.
