外源赤霉素对NaCl胁迫下杂草稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用人工气候箱试验,研究了外源赤霉素对NaCl胁迫下杂草稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:外源赤霉素处理可以降低杂草稻种子萌发及幼苗受到的盐伤害,促进种子发芽,提高水稻幼苗生长量。外源赤霉素处理降低了NaCl胁迫下杂草稻幼苗叶片MDA含量、相对电导率和超氧阴离子自由基产生速率。各供试材料间均表现为50 mg/L GA3处理效果最佳。结果还表明,外源赤霉素对耐盐性不同供试材料间缓释效应存在差异。 Based on water culture,effect of exogenous GA3 on the germination and growth of weedy rice under NaCl stress were studied.The results showed that the exogenous GA3 could reduce the damages of seed germination and seedling growth under NaCl stress,promoting seed germination and enhancing growth of seedling.With the effect of exogenous GA3,the MDA content,relative conductivity and O2-· content of all materials declined.The effect of 50 mg/L treatment was best.There existed difference in lenitive mechanism of tested materials with different salt tolerance.
