戟叶酸模种子萌发对光照和温度的响应 被引量:6

摘要 以戟叶酸模(Rumex hastatus)种子为试验材料,研究了不同温度和光照条件对其种子萌发的影响.结果表明,戟叶酸模种子是需光种子,有明显的光休眠现象;种子在光下萌发的最适温度范围为17.3 -26.8℃,25℃下,种子3d开始萌发,12d萌发完全,萌发率可达80.71%±4.56%,温度的升高或降低均会降低种子的萌发率和发芽指数.温度和光照都是影响戟叶酸模种子萌发的主要生态因子. The experiment took Rumex hastatus seeds as the test materials,the effects of different temperature and light on the seed germination of R.hastatus were studied.The results showed that the seed of R.hastatus was a light requirement seed and it had photodormancy.The optimal temperature for germination was 17.3-26.8 C in light.At temperature of 25 ℃,the seeds began to germinate within 3 days and the germination was completed after 12 days.The percentage of germination was up to 80.71% +4.56%.The changes in temperature could reduce the seeds germination percentage and germination index.The temperature and light were major ecological factors affecting seed germination of Rumex hastatus.
