摘要
就不同浓度的氯化钠、硫酸钠和碳酸钠对光果甘草种子萌发的影响进行了研究.结果表明:在不同浓度的3种盐条件下,光果甘草种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和胚根胚芽生长长度均随着盐浓度的增加而下降.光果甘草抗硫酸钠盐的能力最强,能适应含盐量达2.1% -2.4%的土壤条件,抗氯化钠的能力为第二,能适应含盐量达1.8%的较恶劣的生态环境,而抗碳酸钠的能力相对最差,能适应含盐量为0.9%的碱性土壤条件.
This paper investigates the seed germination of Glycyrrhiza glabra treated with different concentrations of NaCl,Na2SO4 and Na2CO3.The results showed that with salinity increase,all the germination energy,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index and the lengths of plumule and radicle were decreased.Glycyrrhiza glabra had different salt tolerances for NaC1,Na2SO4 and Na2CO3 stress.It had the strongest tolerance for Na2SO4 stress,can adapt to the soil salt content up to 2.1%-2.4% Na2SO4.The salt resistance to NaCl was the second of these three,it could adapt to the soil salt content of 1.8% NaCl.And the salt tolerance for Na2CO3 was relatively weak,it could adapt to alkaline soil content of 0.9%.
