不同烤烟品种在干旱胁迫下的植物生理反应 被引量:3

摘要 为掌握贵州当前主栽烤烟品种抗旱性水平,通过盆栽试验,在烤烟对水分最为敏感的旺长期,人工创造如同自然状态下的干旱胁迫环境,对不同烤烟品种生理指标进行研究.结果表明:在干旱胁迫下各参试品种光合速率下降了26.6% -81.1%,气孔导度下降率为27%- 78.7%,胞间C02浓度增加率为5.4%-62.8%,叶片相对含水量较对照下降了6.7%-21%,损失率在9%-29%之间,叶片细胞叶绿素相对含量损失率为6.3%-20.2%,水分利用效率增加了0.189-1.32μmol/mmol,升高幅度为8% - 39%;各品种叶温日变化幅度较正常供水条件下升高了5.7-12.1℃,增幅为21% -55%.不同参试品种在干旱胁迫下烟株生理指标抗旱能力表现有差异,各指标之间表现不尽一致. In order to grasp drought resistance level of the current main flue cured tobacco varieties in Guizhou,pot experiment was carried out to study the morphological characteristics of different flue cured tobacco varieties through artificial simulated drought stress environment in the most sensitive stage of tobacco to water.The result showed that photosynthetic rate of different flue-cured tobacco varietie decreased 26.6%-81.1%,the stomatal conductance decreased the rate of 27%-78.7%,intercellular CO2 concentration increases the rate of 5.4%-62.8%,tobacco leaf relative water content decreased by 6.7%-21%,the loss rate was between 9%-29%,the flue-cured tobacco leaf cells relative content of chlorophyll loss rate of 6.3%-20.2%,water use efficiency increased 0.189-1.32μmol/mmol,increased the amplitude of 8%-39% ; in the same degree of different varieties under drought stress,leaf temperature variation amplitude was under the condition of normal water supply increased by 5.7-12.1 ℃,an increase of 21%-55%.The physiological indices of different tobacco varieties had difference under drought stress,the performance between various indexes was not consistent.
