摘要
由于国情和社会经济背景的差异等原因,世界各国以学校为本位的职业教育与培训体系发展的特征与面临的挑战各异。依据现有研究,经过比较分析后发现,一个成功的以学校为本位的职业教育与培训体系至少具备各利益相关者积极参与职业教育与培训体系的建设、保持与劳动力市场密切联系、保证职业教育与培训质量、有效创造培训提供者之间的竞争、建立分权管理体系和职业资格证书与普通教育学历文凭等值六个特征。
Because the differences in national conditions and socio-economic background, the characteristics and challenges of school-based vocational education and training system in the world are different. Based on comparative analysis of existing research found that a successful school-based vocational education and training system has six features at least, the stakeholders participating in the construction of vocational education and training system actively, keeping close contact with the labor market, ensuring the quality of vocational education and training, creating competition among training providers effectively, establishing decentralized management system and making professional qualification certificates and general education diploma equivalent.
