In order to consolidate the position of Australian vocational education and training system in the world and make full use of high levels of E-learning infrastructure and capacity, Australia formulated a new development strategy in the aspect of vocational education and training e-learning. Australian government will take advantage of broadband network that the country constructs with national investment, to support vocational education and training. In addition, it will adjust industry vocational education and training system through innovative training methods. Besides,it will optimize the e-learning channels to improve the learners’ participation and marketability. The implementation strategies provide some reference to the development of distance vocational education in China.
