氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月—2014年1月本院95例高血压合并冠心病患者,将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组48例,对照组47例。试验组应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组应用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者血压、心绞痛次数及持续时间均减少,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效显著,且不良反应小。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 95 cases of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease in our hospital from March 2012 to January 2014,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,48 cases in experimental group,47 cases in control group. The experimental group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,the control group was treated with Nifedipine Controlled- release Tablets,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results After treatment,blood pressure,angina frequency and duration of two groups were reduced,and the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）; The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group,the incidence of adverse reaction of experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease is remarkable and little adverse reaction.
