多管式重力料仓的掺混方式

摘要 针对多管式重力料仓的掺混粒子粉尘量大、掺混气消耗量大、粒子拉丝等影响生产能耗及产品质量的问题,通过添加色母粒的方法对料仓的掺混效果进行测试,进一步测试缩短已有掺混时间的掺混效果,并比较边进料边掺混与进料后再掺混这2种掺混方式。结果表明,多管式重力掺混料仓外循环时间可以优化,边进料边掺混模式的效果优于进料结束后再掺混模式的。 To solve the problems of blending particles having large dust capacity, blending air having large consumption and particles wire drawing for the multi-flow gravitational silo, which were negative for production energy and quality, blending effect of the silo was tested by adding masterbatches. The blending effect reducing blending time was further checked. The two blending modes of blending while feeding and blending after feeding were compared. The results show that the blending cycle time of multi-flow gravitational silo can be optimized. The mode of blending while feeding is more efficient than that of blending after feeding.
