摘要 在当前高职院校公共基础课生存和发展受到严重挑战的大背景下,运用委托-代理模型分析在课程改革中学校与教师之间的博弈,运用多次重复模型分析教师和学生之间的博弈。结果表明:学校只有用一定的课时量以必修的方式来开设公共基础课才能获得期望收益;在教师教学改革的过程中学校要监督和激励并重才能促使教师主动进行教学改革;在教师和学生的博弈中,教师教改的程度和教学管理的力度是遏制高职院校学生学习不努力的有效途径;在教学改革这个永恒的课题里,只有学校:教师和学生三方利益均衡,才能使整个教育体系实现帕累托最优。 In the background of the survival and development of public basic course reform in higher vocational courses in the serious challenge, the necessity to use skill game model to analyze the school public basic course; based on the principal- agent model to analyze the game between schools in the curriculum reform and teacher by repeatedly; game analysis model between teachers and students, and the results show that the school only with a certain amount of time to a compulsory way to open to public basic course to obtain expected return; in the process of teaching reform in schools to supervision and incentives to encourage teachers actively carry out teaching reform; game in the teachers and students in the teaching level, teaching reform and teaching management is to curb at present, vocational college students to learn effective ways to work hard; in the teaching reform of the eternal topic, only the schools, teachers and students of three party interests balance to make the entire education system to achieve Pareto optimal.
