随着国家现代职业教育体系的建设,高职院校要保持持续、健康发展,必须重视科学研究工作,以科研促进教学,促进教师能力和素质的提高,进而促进人才培养质量和学生就业竞争力的提高。应对高职院校科研工作中存在的问题,应切实增强科研意识、明确科研工作的定位、健全科研管理机制、加强科研团队建设、完善科研经费管理制度、促进科研成果转化。
