高职校企“双主体”教学团队建设机制创新

Innovation of “Dual-subject”Teaching Team Construction Mechanism of School and Ehterprise of Higher Vocational Education

推进高职院校校企"双主体"教学团队建设是构建现代职业教育体系的现实之需。高职教育校企合作发展模式下,"双主体"教学团队建设面临认知存在偏差、制度缺失、资源缺乏等问题,可从思想转变、制度设计、融合培养、资源整合以及品牌引领等方面采取措施,并从强化政府舆论导向、建立企业教师流动工作站、建立多元综合绩效考核评价机制等方面给予机制保障。

Promoting ＂dual-subject＂ teaching team building in vocational colleges is necessary for construction of modern vocational education system. The paper based on the view of enterprise cooperation devdopment of vocational colleges and analyzes the cognitive bias, system deficiencies and lack of resources in ＂dual-subject＂ teaching team building, then put forwards the coutermeasures like idea changing, system designing, integration training, resource integration and brand leading. Besides, it also needs strengthen public opinion direction of government, establish enterprise mobile workstation, build a comprehensive multi-mechanism !~erformance ant3raisal mechanism
