局部麻醉下Lichtenstein术47例临床分析

Local Anaesthesia in Lichtenstein inguinal herniorrhaphy:an analysis of 47 cases

目的:分析局部麻醉(局麻)下Lichtenstein术的安全可行性。方法:局麻下实施成人Lichtenstein术47例与同期在硬膜外麻醉下实施的Lichtenstein术52例分析比较,设定观察指标,记录相关数据并进行随访。结果:局麻组和硬膜外麻醉组的辅助药物使用率、手术时间及术中术后疼痛评估比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。局麻组术后麻醉并发症(恶心/呕吐、尿潴留)发生率及住院全部费用均明显低于硬膜外麻醉组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间,两组患者均无复发。结论:局麻下行Lichtenstein术安全有效,可以成为实施Lichtenstein术常规麻醉方式。

Objective The Effect and Safety of Local Anesthesia in Lichtenstein inguinal hemiorrhaphy.Methods The clinical date 47 cases of Local Anaesthesia in Lichtenstein inguinal hemiorrhaphy and 52 cases of Epidural anaesthesia were analyzed.Results It was found that the occurrence of postoperative anaesthetic complications,the cost of hospitalization of local anaesthesia group were significantly less than those of epidural anaesthesia gr0uP,there was no significant difference of operative duration（P〉0.05）,during and after the operative pain evaluation and the satisfactory rate between two group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Local Anaesthesia is effective, safe in Lichtenstein inguinal hemiorrhaphy.It may be used as the conventional anaesthetic method.
