157例布病的护理干预 被引量:2

摘要 布鲁氏菌病简称布病,是有布鲁氏菌属细菌致人畜共患的传染病,这种病感染后为变态反应疾病,呈世界范围威胁人类健康和影响畜物业发展[1].对在我院感染内科住院,有完整病历记录的157例布病进行护理干预,现报道如下.1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料对2012-01~2013-12在我院感染内科住院患者,诊断依据我国疾病预防控制中心布氏杆菌病的诊断标准[2],临床治愈标准依据[3],且传染病卡上报国家传染病疫情网络直报系统的患者,共157例.其中农民97例,其他职业60例,现驻地在佳木斯市周边农村的118例,在城市居住的39例.肝损害的101例,神经系统并感染症的42例,生殖系统并感染症的41例.其中男117例,女40例,年龄18~76岁,多为青壮年,春季、夏季为本病高发期。
