剖宫产术后切口免压沙袋对产妇的影响

Effects of abdominal incision free pressare sandbags on abdominal surgery incision in parturients after cesarean section

目的 探讨剖宫产术后腹部切口免压沙袋对产妇的影响.方法 将新式剖宫产术后的200例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,观察组剖宫产术后腹部切口免压沙袋,对照组术后采用腹部切口上压1 kg的沙袋6～8h.结果 观察组产妇主观舒适度、床上开始活动时间、第1次肛门排气时间均优于对照组（P＜0.05）;而切口出血率、切口甲级愈合率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 剖宫产术后腹部切口压沙袋对预防切口出血、提高切口甲级愈合率无临床意义,反而加重了产妇的心理负担.而术后切口免压沙袋,可以使产妇更加舒适,能早期开始翻身活动,使肠蠕动恢复更快,是科学的、人性化的护理措施。

Objective To investigate the effects of abdominal incision free pressare sandbags on abdominal surgery incision in parturients after cesarean section.Methods Two hundred cases after new type cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups：observation group（100 cases） and control group （100 cases）.The parturients in observation group were given free pressure sand bags on abdominal surgery incision.The abdominal surgery incision of parturients in control group were pressured by sand bags（1 kg） for 6-8 h.Results The subjective sence of comfort,the time of first action in the bed and the time of anal exhaust time of parturients in observation group were better than those of parturients in control group.There were significantly differences （P ＜ 0.05） ; While there was no significant difference in the incision bleeding or wound healing grade between the two groups （P ＞0.05）.Conclusions There was no clinical significance in incision bleeding,wound healing grade of abdominal incision after cesarean section incision pressured by sandbags.While free pressed by sand bag can make women feel more comfortable,early activities off bed,faster recovery of bowel movement and it was a scientific and humanity nursing measure.
