Complications and clinical analysis of ventriculo-peritoneal shunt

目的 探讨脑室-腹腔分流术后并发症及防范措施.方法 对2012年8月至2013年8月郑州大学第一附属医院神经外科120例行脑室腹腔分流术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 术后总并发症发生率为8.33％,其中堵管4例（3.33％）,感染2例（1.67％）,低颅压综合征2例（1.67％）,术后胃肠道反应l例（0.83％）,颅内血肿l例（0.83％）.结论 严格无菌操作、提高手术技巧、选择合适的分流装置等措施可有效减少手术并发症。

Objective To investigate the complications of the ventriculo-peritoneal shunt and the preventive measures.Methods From August 2012 to August 2013,the 120 cases of ventriculo-peritoneal hunt of the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university were retrispectilaly analyzed.Results The incidence of complications was 8.33％,including shunt obstruction in 3 cases（3.33％）,postoperative infection in 2 cases （1.67％）,intracranial hypotension syndrome in 2 cases （1.67％）,gastrointestinal symptom in 1 case（0.83％）,and prolapse accidentally through the anus in 1 case（0.83％）.Conclusions The strict aseptic technique,improvement of the surgical technigue and the suitable shunt equipment are the keys to reduce the occurrence of complications of ventriculo-peritoneal shunt patients.
