术中胆道镜在244例规则性肝段切除术治疗肝胆管结石患者中的应用

Application of intraoperative choledochoscope in regulary hepatic segment resection for 244 patients with bile duct stones

目的 探讨胆道镜在规则性肝段切除术治疗肝胆管结石中的临床价值.方法 选择244例患者为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的临床资料和手术治疗进程,并根据随访结果,评定治疗效果和临床应用价值.结果 本研究治疗优良率为98.77％,并发症发生率为16.39％,病死率为0.82％,结石复发率为2.87％.结论 在规则性肝段切除术治疗肝胆管结石中应用胆道镜,可以提高治疗效果,有助于控制并发症发生,降低结石复发率,是一种可靠的临床手段。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of choledochoscope on regulary hepatic segment resection of patients with bile duct stones.Methods Two hundred and forty-four patients were selected as study objects,and the clinical data and surgical treatment process were retrospectively analyzed,and according to the follow-up treatment,the therapeutic effect and clinical application value was evaluated.Results The excellent and good rate was 98.77％,the incidence of complications was 16.39％,the mortality rate was 0.82％,and the stone recurrence rate was 2.87％.Conclusions Choledochoscope in regulary hepatic segment resection for patients with bile duct stones can improve the therapeutic effect,and help to control complications,reduce the stone recurrence rate,so it is a reliable clinical method.
