摘要
船舶合拢管传统取样工艺落后,造成了合拢管制造精度低、耗时长、材料浪费严重等问题。对此,介绍一种船舶合拢管现场快速取样的方法,建立数学模型,并基于VC++与OpenGL实现了合拢管模型的可视化,帮助加工人员迅速完成合拢管的设计,能有效提高合拢管的制造速度和精度。
Due to the fact that traditional inserting pipe sampling process falls behind, there is a problem of low accuracy, time-consuming, material waste in the manufacturing of inserting pipe in shipbuilding. A method of fast field sampling inserting pipe in shipbuilding is introduced The mathematical model of inserting pipe is established and visualized based on VC + + and OpenGL. It helps the worker complete the design of inserting pipe quickly and improves the manufacturing speed and accuracy.
