摘要
采用UASB-SBR-Fenton法处理中烟废水,最终出水可以达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的二级排放标准,出水色度大大降低。结果表明:UASB反应器稳定运行时,进水COD质量浓度为8 500 mg/L,出水COD质量浓度为1 500 mg/L,去除率为82%;SBR反应器处理UASB的厌氧出水,进水COD质量浓度为1 500 mg/L,出水COD质量浓度为255 mg/L,去除率为83%;取1 LSBR好氧出水,将出水pH值调节至3,投加2.0 g FeSO4催化剂以及10 mL质量分数为30%的双氧水(H2O2),出水COD的质量浓度由255 mg/L变为143 mg/L,去除率为44%。
Tobacco wastewater was treated by UASB-SBR-Fenton Method. The final effluent could reach the secondary emission standard of "sewage comprehensive discharge" (GB 8978--1996) and the color of effluent was greatly reduced. The results showed that: when the UASB reactor was in stable operation and the inlet COD concentration was 8 500 mg/L, the COD concentration of effluent was reduced to 1 500 mg/L with a removal rate of 82%; when the UASB anaerobic effluent was treated by SBR reactor with an inlet COD concentration of 1 500 rag/L, the effluent COD concentration was 255 mg/L with a removal rate of 83%; 1 L SBR aerobic effluent was taken, then the effluent pH was adjusted to 3, 2.0 g of ferrous sulfate catalyst and 10 ml (mass fraction of 30%) hydrogen peroxide were added, the effluent COD concentration could be reduced from 255 mg/L to 143 mg/L with a removal rate of 44%.
