摘要
通过在垂直小管径多相流实验装置上的实验,利用高速摄像机拍摄了油/水两相流多种流动状态下的高速摄像图片,对不同流量及不同含水率下拍摄的图片进行了流型划分。在垂直小管径实验装置上进行了差压传感器及阻抗传感器在油水两相流中的实验。差压传感器在油/水两相流中的实验结果体现了油/水两相流流型的变化规律,差压值出现波峰的含水率范围可确定为流型转换的过渡区域;阻抗含水率传感器在油/水两相流中的含水率测量下限可确定水为连续相范围。通过高速摄像与差压传感器及阻抗传感器相结合,综合分析得到了垂直小管径油水两相流流型图。
The experiments of dynamic flow characteristics of oil-water two-phase flow are carried out in the vertical simulation multi-phase flow experiment facility. The photos of high-speed camera of different flow states of oil-water two-phase flow are taken with a high speed camera system. According to these photos, the flow regimes of oil-water two-phase flow with different flowrates and different water-cuts are divided. Furthermore, the experiment results of differential pressure sensor indicate the transform regulation of oil-water two-phase flow regimes, the water cut range with the differential pressure signal peak is the transition area of flow pattern transformation; and the measuring low limit of impedance water-cut sensor in oil-water two-phase flow shows that the water phase is continues phase. So according to the comprehensive analysis of combination of high-speed camera, differential sensor and impedance sensor, abtained is the oil- water two-phase flow regime map.
