铜冶炼闪速炉渣工艺矿物学研究 被引量:6

Mineralogical Study of Slag in Copper Flash Smelting Furnace

摘要 采用化学成分、化学物相、偏反光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱测定等分析表征手段对铜闪速冶炼渣进行了工艺矿物学分析,查明了铜渣矿物组成及赋存状态,对主要矿物及脉石成分的嵌布特征进行了深入研究,为铜渣渣选工艺的制订提供了理论依据。 Mineralogy of slag in copper flash smelting furnace was studied by analysis of chemical composition, chemical phase,polarizing microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum. Mineral composition and occurrence state of slag were ascertained, the embedded feature of main mineral and gangue was studied thoroughly, which will provide theoretical basis for flotation process of copper slag.
