摘要
对转炉干法静电除尘器一个振打单元阳极板的振打过程进行了仿真,分析了其切向与法向两个方向的加速度值。结果表明中部振打的平均加速度值要大于在底部振打的值,在振打位置附近区域的振打加速度最大,同时极板的振打加速度随振打速度增大而增加,但增加幅度不是特别显著。
Based on simulated analysis of rapping progress in a rapping unit of CF dry method electrostatic precipitator, analyze acceleration magnitude of tangential and normal direction. The result shows that average acceleration magnitude of middle rapper greater than that of bottom rapper, the rapper accelerated speed at rapper nearby area is maximum. Meanwhile, the rapper accelerated speed of electrodes will be increased along with rapping speed increase, but increasing range is not so obvious.
