摘要
传统配料仓厂房,根据工艺配置方案、结构受力特点确定厂房结构体系。考虑配料仓仓体自重及物料重等竖向荷载,均采用多层钢筋混凝土或钢结构框架结构。某海外工程配料仓厂房因还要承受较大地震荷载、风荷载中的横向荷载作用,选择了更优的框架-支撑结构体系,不但结构整体工程量优化了30%,还能使结构安全度及舒适度得到大大提高。
For traditional blending bin plant, it determines mill construction system according to process configuration scheme,structure loading effect. Considering vertical load of blending bin weight itself and materials, adopt multilayer reinforced concrete or steel frame structure without exception. Due to a huge transverse load bearing of earthquake load and wind load in an abroad blending bin plant, a superior frame-support structure system are adopted. Not only the entire work amount of structure has been optimized30%, but also safety and comfort level of structure have been greatly improved.
