摘要
大体积混凝土有害裂缝产生的主因是混凝土中胶凝材料水化热快速升高引起的温差应力与混凝土本身强度增长慢之间矛盾发展的直接结果。提前采取措施控制大体积混凝土的内、外温度及内外温差能有效预控大体积混凝土裂缝的产生,是混凝土质量控制的重点。
Harmful cracks of mass concrete are mainly due to conflict between rapid hydration heat rising of binding material in concrete and slow rise of concrete strength itself. Take steps to control inner and outer temperature of mass concrete, and temperature difference between inside and outside can precontrol the generation of mass concrete cracks effectively. These are main points of concrete quality control.
