摘要
为筛选适宜福建省栽培的高产优质木耳新品种,从吉林、黑龙江、湖北等省引进14个木耳新品种,以福建省本地品种‘Au139’为对照,从菌丝活力(长势、走速)、耳基形成、子实体农艺性状、干耳产量、泡发率以及生物学效率等方面进行综合比较评价。结果表明,引进的新品种中,抗逆性强、高产优质且适宜福建省栽培的新品种为‘916分离’、‘雪梅黑碗’和‘雪梅1号’,经生产示范,栽培稳定性得到进一步验证后可进行推广应用。
To screen new Auricularia auricula-judae varieties with high-yield and high-quality agronomic characters in Fujian, 14 new A. auricula-judae varieties were introduced from Jilin, Heilongjiang, Hubei, etc. In the present study, ‘Au139' was used as control, which had been cultivted in Fujian province. In the end, the activity of mycelium (growth and speed), comprehensive evaluation of ear base, fruiting body formation of agronomic traits, yield of dry ear, foaming rate and biological efficiency were compared and judged. Our results suggested that "916 isolation', "Xue Mei Heiwan" and "Xue Mei 1" had high-yield, high-quality and strong-resistance agronomic characters and they were suitable for cultivating in Fujian.
