高湿状态下烟道气二氧化硫气体监测仪的设计

摘要 针对高湿状态下SO2气体浓度难以测量的问题,设计了一种监测仪器。通过原位检测装置还原烟道气内气体状态,经粉尘过滤、烟气气化及原位检测,利用紫外差分光学吸收光谱(DOAS)技术准确测量SO2气体浓度。测试结果表明,采用该仪器测得的SO2气体浓度符合脱硫设施的运营规律,解决了高湿状态下难以准确测量SO2气体浓度的问题。 Aiming at the difficulty to measure SO2 concentration under high humidity status, thus a new monitor is designed. With this monitor,the flue gas is restored through the in-situ detection device, through dust filteration, flue gas gasification and in-situ detection, the concentrationof SO2 is measured precisely by adopting UV differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS)technology. The testing result indicates that theSO2 concentration measured by this instrument compliance with the operational law of the desulphurization facilities, the difficulty of measuringSO2 concentration under high humidity condition can be solved.
