摘要
针对区域供能系统由多种供能设备构成这一现状,提出建立一套集中管控系统用以对区域供能系统进行统一有效管理。考虑到各设备参数的复杂性及多样性,提出应用数据采集与监视(SCADA)技术建设一套能源中心运行管理自控系统(即区域供能SCADA系统)。SCADA系统实现了区域能源生产、管沟输送、用户换能站的实时监控和生产运行调度的集中管理,满足核心区内用户的全部冷/热空调用能、生活热水需求。系统的成功建设对同类工程项目具有示范作用。
Regional energy supply system is constituted by a variety of equipment for energy supply, thus establishing a set of centralizedmanagement and control system is proposed to implement unified and effective management of regional energy supply system. Considering thecomplexity and diversity of the parameters of each device ; by applying SCADA technology, the automatic control system of energy centeroperation and management (i. e. , regional energy supply SCADA system) is constructed. The SCADA system realizes regional energyproduction, pipe canal transportation, real time monitoring of user transducer stations, and centralized management of production operationdispatching, it meets the demands for cooling/heating air conditioning, and domestic hot water of users in kernel area. The successfulconstruction of the system possesses demonstration effect to similar engineering projects,
