A Comprehensive Evaluation of Low-carbon Economy Development Level in Liaoning Province

指出了低碳经济是在可持续发展理念的指导下人类社会的又一次重大进步,是应对气候变化、实现绿色发展的重要途径。在PSR概念模型的理论框架下,构建了辽宁省的低碳经济发展评价指标体系,利用层次分析法尝试了综合评价辽宁省低碳经济的发展水平,为政策研究提供理论依据。

Under the direction of sustainable development, low--carbon economy is a great progress of human society, and it is also the main route for dealing with climate change and realizing green development. In the theoretical framework of PSR conceptual model, this article constructs the assessment indicator system of low-- carbon economy of Liaoning province, and uses AHP method to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the low-- carbon economy development level in Liaoning province, which offer the theoretical basis for policy research.
