论我国公路规划质量的评价法

On the Method of Quality Appraising of Highway Planning in China

评价公路规划质量是国内外所关心的重要课题,迄今没有一套完整的实际可用的评价方法。本法用模糊数学的有关理论,建立了质量评价公式,确定了四级评价标准,提出了评价规划质量的十大参数与用 AHP 法确定权重,以及专家评审机构等五大部分,组成了“公路规划质量的评价法”。由于采用“接近原理”,因而简称“J 法”。

Though the method of quality appraising of highway planning is important yet,there is no perfect and applicable appraisal method so far.In the method presented here,theory of fuzzy mathematics is used for defining four grades of appraisal standard and establishing the quality appraisal formula of highway planning involving ten main appraisal parameters,and with the determi- nation of the weights by AHP method and expert evaluation system as main compo- nent parts,the presented appraisal method is thus formed,which is called J-me- thod for short.
