摘要
针对西北油田顺9区块,研究出匹配性能良好、成本低、钻进效率高、同时满足储层保护要求的钻井液。研究表明,在优选出良好的强抑制剂、防塌剂的基础上,以磺化处理剂、聚合物为主处理剂,并加入增黏剂、无渗透处理剂、润滑剂等形成一套高性能强抑制钻井液体系。该体系具有良好的抗污染性能、强抑制性能、流变性能、悬砂携岩能力及储层保护效果,密度可调节,抗温达到150℃以上,成本较低,维护方便,可以满足钻井需求。
In allusion to characteristics of Block Shuen 9 in Northwest Oilfield,a drilling fluid which had good matching performance,low cost,high drilling efficiency and could meet the requirements of formation protection,was developed.Study shows that on the basis of optimizing strong inhibitor and anti-sloughing agent,sulphonated additives and polymer are chosen as the main treatment agent,at the same time,thickener,non-invasion treatment agent and lubricant are added into it to form a set of high inhibition drilling fluid systems.The systems have a good pollution resistance,high inhibition,good rheological properties,good suspended cuttings carrying ability and formation protection effect,its density is adjustable,and temperature resistance is above 150℃.At the same time,it is low cost for convenient maintenance,and it can meet the demands of well drillings.
