摘要
针对常规验窜方法存在夹薄层误差较大、验窜工艺精度不高的问题,研制了新型Y221-114验窜封隔器,该封隔器前部分主要由Y221组成,由胶筒来密封油套空间;后面主要由皮碗封隔器组成,通过打压推动活塞压缩弹簧,使胶筒扩张,可验证前胶筒的密封可靠性和封隔器坐封处套管是否变形。不动管柱即可准确验窜,创新了油水井验窜工艺技术,提高了现场验窜工艺精度。
In order to solve the problem of large errors of thin and interlayer and low accuracy of channeling check-up process,a new Y221-114 channeling check-up packer was researched and developed.The front part of the packer was mainly composed of Y221,plastic tube was used to seal the space of tubing and casing annulus,the rear part was mainly composed of the cup packer,pressure was used to push the piston to compress the spring and expand the cones,by which the sealing reliability and the deformation of casing where the packer was located were verified.Channeling is checked up without moving the casing string,which is an innovation of channeling check-up technology and the accuracy of inspection channeling process is improved.
