摘要
在油田开发过程中,针对游梁式抽油机调平衡存在的问题,研制了抽油机自调微平衡装置,该装置由导轨、调节结构、行走结构、锁紧装置、平衡结构、控制系统组成。该装置不需借助吊装设备即可完成微平衡的调节。现场试验和应用结果表明:抽油机的平均平衡度由64.1%提高到94.9%,节能效果良好。
For the problem of balancing the beam pumping units in the process of oilfield development,a self adjustable balance device for pumping unit was developed.The device was composed of a guide rail,adjusting structure,running structure,locking device,balance structure and control system.It can complete the micro balance adjustment without using lifting equipment.Field test and application results show that the average degree of oil pumping unit is raised from 64.1%to 94.9%,by which good energy-saving effect is obtained.
