摘要
分析常规螺杆泵驱动装置存在后期设备维护费用高、能耗大、存在安全隐患等问题。研究螺杆泵直驱大伺服系统组成、工作原理、动液面监测、求产原理等,对比了3种螺杆泵井地面驱动方式。2013年5月在扶余油田试验应用新式碟形螺杆泵直驱大伺服系统,提高设备运行安全性、系统效率,方便生产管理,为螺杆泵技术的进一步完善和发展提供了一条可借鉴的技术路线。
By analyzing the problems of high maintenance cost,high energy consumption and existence of safety hazard,the composition,work principle,detection of dynamic fluid level and the principle of production derivation of the direct driving system of screw pump were analyzed,the surface driving ways of 3 kinds screw pumping wells were compared.A direct driving and high servo system of a new disc screw pump is trially used in Fuyu Oilfield in May,2013,by which the operation safety,its systematical efficiency and easy production management are obtained,it provides a technical route for further completion and development of screw pump technology.
