改进外钩工具打捞钢丝绳方法的探讨

Discussion on Improved Method of Hook Tool Fishing Wire Rope

在油水井大修中,钢丝绳落物打捞占有较大的比例。钢丝绳在井筒中的情况非常复杂,也没有固定的打捞工具和成熟的打捞方法。通过对现场几次钢丝绳打捞失败情况进行分析总结,改进打捞工具外钩,探讨出一种新的钢丝绳打捞方法,在后续的钢丝绳打捞中单次下钻成功率都在80%以上,全井钢丝绳打捞成功率100%。

In the overhaul of oil and water wells,Wire rope fall fishing accounted for a large proportion.Wire line in the wellbore was very complicated,there were no fixed fishing tools and matured fishing methods.The wire rope was often connected with other down hole accessories,if the wire rope could not be fished,the following connection of junk was unable to salvage,which led to salvage failure and caused huge losses.In this article,by summed up the experiences of several failures a new method of fishing wire line is summarized,application shows that good effect is obtained.
