适应医药行业需求的医学类学生生涯资本培养体系探析

Exploration and research on the training methods of medical student＇ s career capital for catering the needs of pharmaceutical industry

我国医药行业正处在良好的发展机遇期，企业对优秀人才的需求日益强烈。以上海地区为例，了解当前高校职业生涯教育与医药企业用人需求存在的差距，有助于高校反思职业生涯教育的不足。本文基于生涯资本的3C模型理论，从社会资本的合理开发和积累、人力资本的综合培养和提高、心理资本的主动获取和加强3个方面构建生涯资本培养体系，以提高医学类学生的就业竞争力、促进个体生涯发展。

The pharmaceutical industry has now entered the phase of great developing opportunities in our country today, and the enterprises increasingly demands for professionals. It helps us to carry on rational reconsiderations of the defects of our career education to fully understand the differences between the contents of career education in colleges and the needs of pharmaceutical enterprises in Shanghai. Based on the 3 C model theory of career capital, this paper aims to help the medical graduates improving their professional competitiveness and promoting individual career development through interpretation of three aspects, which are the rational development and accumulation of individual social capital, comprehensive training and upgrade of human capital and initiative acquisitions and strengthen of psychological capital.
