项目教学法在高职教育医学检验专业生理学教学中的应用与探讨 被引量:6

The application of project teaching method in physiology course for the program of medical laboratory diagnosis in a vocational college

摘要 目的在高职教育医学检验专业生理学教学中,通过应用项目教学法并评价其教学效果,探索教学方法的改革。方法选取宝鸡职业技术学院2012级三年制医学检验专业207名学生为研究对象,其中实验组106人,对照组101人。实验组在传统教学法基础上实施项目教学法完成生理学课程的全部课堂教学,对照组使用传统教学法完成生理学课程的全部课堂教学。结果分析两组学生对教学效果的评价及理论考试成绩和技能考核成绩,实验组学生均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论在传统教学法基础上结合应用项目教学法比单纯应用传统教学法更有利于高职教育医学检验人才综合素质和职业能力的培养,值得推广。 Objective To explore a new teaching method of project teaching in physiology course for the program of medical laboratory diagnosis through the application and the evaluation of teaching effect in Baoji Vocational Technology College. Methods 207 students of 2012 class in the college were chose as objects of the study, of which 106 were experimental group and lOlcontrol group. The experimental group adopted the project teaching method based on traditional teaching method to complete the whole classroom teaching while the control group used traditional teaching method. Results The two groups of students to evaluate the teaching effect with a questionnaire. There were statistically significant differences between the written and skill examination (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The project teaching method integrated with traditional teaching method is better than the simple application of traditional teaching method for cultivating the talents' comprehensive quality and occupation ability.
